Our Claxstone Smooth Blue saw off competition from 4286 entrants to be named Supreme Champion at this year’s Nantwich International Cheese Awards. Experts from the Dairy Industry, who judged the competition, said the “exceptionally creamy” blue was a worthy winner of best in show. The award is the latest in a string of accolades for both the cheese and the dairy, which is based near Melton.
